Carlos A. Enriquez, a resident of South Florida since early childhood was born in Havana, Cuba. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1980 and his law degree (juris doctor) from Stetson University College of Law in 1983. He has over 27 years of experience in probate and guardianship matters and is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Florida: the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

U.S. Courts regularly appoint Carlos A. Enriquez as guardian ad litem for Cuban Nationals residing in Cuba, and he frequently travels to Cuba with a special license from the U.S. Department of the Treasury to locate heirs in Cuba and represent clients before the U.S. Interest Section in Havana, Cuba. He is a member of the Dade County Bar, The Miami Lakes Bar Associate, The Florida Bar, Cuban-American Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
